Error in MOPz

Hi Experts,

We are trying to generate stack xml file for installing ECC-SE 605 on ECC 6.0 EHP 6. we are using SOLMAN SP04. when we select the add on and give next, it is showing the below errors,

ABAP Queue Check FAILED with SY-SUBRC '2'. Result status 'Error during calculation' ('E').

OCS package SAPK-602AGINECCSE does not match the current software component vector

Can anyone please suggest on this.

Had to select EHP installation then I could select ECC-SE 605 add-on without any issues.

Thanks a lot for your reply but unfortunately the option ESA ECC-SE" SAP ERP enterprise services package 2005 is not listed in the product version list. could you please let me know what could be the reason.
