Using programa RPFIEU_SAFT for SAFT-PT

Hi

It is my first time of using the RPFIEU_SAFT program for the SAFT-PT version 1.03 and I each time I want to execute give me error, or in create file, or download file. I wonder if I have to implement some OSS notes to fix the bug? Which notes do I need?
