Solution Optimizer - Error during call of SAP back end system

Hi,

Sub: Solution Manager Maintenance Optimizer

Clicking Confirm Files in Download Basket button displayed error message

"Error during call of SAP back end system" in Maintenance Optimizer: Confirm Files for Download screen.

Also I could not able to view selected entries information in this screen, it is always showing "No entries found message"

(but I selected and downloaded a file to download basket)

Please help me to resolve this issue.

Hi,

I found there is problem with RFC connection, SAP-OSS - in my Solution Manager System. Connection Test got failed.

In RFC Destination SAP-OSS screen , for Logon option User value is different person S-user ID. Does this will be cause of my issue? (SOLMAN_SAP_BACKEND005)??

Please tell me.
