GPS co-ordinate validation

Hi,

Can this solution be integrated with devices that give GPS location? The requirement is to validate the location of a sales executive through the GPS co-ordinates before approving the reimbursement for travel expenses. How can this be done with Cloud for Travel and Expense?

Hello Meenakshi,

The entire use case is not clear to me.

Seems like the approver wants to verify whether the sales exec really was on that business trip and is not just claiming expenses for a false trip and this verification is supposed to happen via some device the sales exec carries with him.

That correct?

Also please provide your detailed business case?
