Not printing after 10 pages

Hello All,

We have spool request which has 314 pages, while sending the request to output it is printing only first 10 pages.

While printing from frontend , it is showing error message as

(6:00:46 AM) Job 00Pq4aEG.C96 for user CHINTAKG queued.

(6:00:46 AM) Start printing job 00Pq4aEG.C96 on printer EXP_ROC_11THFLOOR ON 10.112.250.12 (REDIRECTED 2)

(6:00:51 AM) Error: Error -1 from NEWFRAME. Disk full?

(6:00:51 AM) Error: put_block failed at new_page()

(6:00:51 AM) Error: BG: saplpd_close_dc failed, msg = 808 SAPLPD:Windows Problem, siehe SAPLPD Protokoll

Even tried to create spool to pdf (PDF_TO_MAIL_RECIPIENT), it is printing first 10 pages.

Kindly provide me some suggestion.

Hi,

you are using frontend printing via SAPGUI for a "long" document (314 list pages can generate a big printer data stream...).

It seems there is a problem which occurred in the Windows API EndPage... Not clear whether this is caused by the SAP contents of the spool list.

Can you try to print this not via a Frontend printer but a Windows Print Server running SAPSPrint and same device type as for LOCL (assume it is SAPWIN or SWINCF) ?

Yes .. tried access method F to G , still it is printing just 10 pages. When i check the log it showing as below.

Pls follow the note 1780896 to take the log SAPWIN_xxx.log,any error listed?

Hello Ganesh,

Also from the error "Disk full",I'm suspecting that your file system is full.

Pls check the note 16513 for more detail information.

Hello Jie Bai,

As I am using LOCL it is device type F and G , i dont think anything to do with SAP system disk level.

Spool it is showing all the 326 pages.

Hello Ganesh,

It seems the error occured due to the setting of the printer initialization.
Pls check which device type are you using.Try with a standard SAP device type
SAPWIN,SWINCF etc,you will not get such error,I think.
