Motorola - Moto G - Device data report - Blank informations

Hi,

Is there anyone can explain to me how to see the device data reports, for Moto G devices?

I'm trying to collect these informations but, any attempt failed. When I select the "Cellular data"Only blank informations. These devices are running in prodution environment already about 3 months. Even the previous data views aren't showing those informations.

Is it possible this issue have a relation with when I tryied to create a custom activity view, when I chose any data field, the "database" option was always blank?
