Hello, I have a problem with the workflow 14000109 Approval n-step over Value Limit , I does not obtain the agent of the customizing ones in the transaction PPOMA_BBP, please tell me where I must customizing the approving agents ,

Which SRM version are you using ?

Have you created Users in the Org chart correctly using USERS_GEN Transaction ?

Hi,

The version is SRM 5.0 as an add-on for ECC 6.0. We can either assign the user to the positon via infotype 105 or USERS_GEN and this is already done.

Thought in n-step workflow approval badi, agents need to be determined thru BADI itself. This means you need to write the codes for that also.
