Hi Animesh,
Please check any back orders are existing for that material.
Go to T- code CO09 which shows confirmed quantities and issues depending on IMG settings.
If any back orders existing for that material, try to do delivery if not those back orders are not usefull, apply reason for rejection at schedule line level .and rerun ATP check with new sales order then it will confirm schedule lines...
