While creating follow-up urgent change document( ZMIN to ZMHF)- categories are coming blank

Hi experts,

While creating follow up document( ZMHF from ZMIN ), categories fields are coming blank.

I checked copy control, categories column is selected but still its not coming in follow up document

Could anyone guide me for the above issue.

Hi Rahul,

Please check the below link section 5.2 Assign Application Area

Multilevel Categorization - SAP IT Service Management on SAP Solution Manager - SCN Wiki

Add new row in the Application area and add the ZMHF and activate it.
