Dear

Your have follow many steps

first you have to check your database it is working or not

c:\sqlplus "/as sysdba"

c:\ sqlplus > startup ;

it shows you database connected or not

c:\R3trans -d SID it should give return code 0 then all is well

windowskey+r   sercvices.msc these are the services check all service related to started mode

you have check listener services it should be on

then also it won't get started then share log from

c:\usr\sap\SID\DVEMMGSXX\work in this share dev_w0, dev_ms, disp+work so we can analyze the

things to further extent

What is your database ?

Logon with sidamd and run R3trans -d in command prompt.

A log file will be generated - trans.log = share it.

Also, goto run and type  services.msc - start SAP and DB service from there.
