Archive Linking

Hello Everyone,

I am attaching documents through Archive linking. at object PREL.

If you check the attached screenshot, Two different documents is attached but there description part is same. How can we define the file description which we are attaching.Current description is the document type description.

Pl suggest.

if you can use GOS (new -> Store Business Document AND the Attachment list to display them) then please consider note 1513057 and http://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/x/AI7_Eg.

Here i am suggesting you to use version while creating the document while creating or uploading the documents.
