Installation NW7.0 with EHP 6.0 /ECC 6.0 asks for a media "LIVECACHE:LCA10:LC79:WINDOWS_X86_64"

Dear All,

I am currently installing my Quality Server EHP 6.0 /ECC 6.0 with Sybase Database

SAPINST is asking for a  Kernel DVD, i am giving it  but it does not accept it.

It says:

"Found the label SAP:AKK:720:UKERNAL:SAP Unicode Kernal 7.20:WINDOWS_X86_64:CD51030xxx but need label LIVECACHE:LCA10:LC79:WINDOWS_X86_64"

which dvd its asking for

Which DVD do I need to proceed with the Installation?

Hi Sanjiv,

Have you read the installation guide ?

Have you downloaded the media as per the guide and from SMP ?

What option have you choose to install ?

Download any other version of SWPM/sapinst and try again.

If you think everything  is correct,which I think is not, then you can edit LABEL.ASC of kernel and replace  "SAP:AKK:720:UKERNAL:SAP Unicode Kernal 7.20:WINDOWS_X86_64:CD51030xxx"  with :LIVECACHE:LCA10:LC79:WINDOWS_X86_64". But this is not a wise IDEA.

Error is resolve...

I give another media "SL_CONTROLLER_720:SAP:SAPLUP:72:*:*:*

and its work & pass the installation media phase now sap system is installing .
