RERAALCN-Issue

Hi Experts,

In tcode RERAALCN key date will always be period end date.

In our fiscal calendar we have following end dates:

2/08/2014-Period end date for July

30/08/2014-Period end date for August

4/10/2014-Period end date for september.

Rent is always paid 10 days in advance for every month.

For 2/8/2014- Rent paid for month of August in july is displayed correctly

For 30/8/2014- We want to display rent paid for the month of september in August.But it is displaying results only for august

not for september.

How to resolve this issue.

I have looked into FM 'ACE_DS_METHOD_LINEAR_P1' , but here I am unable to modify code with expected results.

BADI_RECN_CONTRACT to see if it fulfills your requirement ?

Dear Greeshma,

Have you considered the option of changing the frequency for the Accrual Engine posting to 'Per Posting Period'. Please refer the below mentioned path.

Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) -> Accounting -> Accrual/Deferral -> Accrual/Deferral -> Accrual/Deferral Posting -> Define Posting Control

If this solution does not fulfill your requirement, you can go ahead with an enhancement.

Thanks for the reply.

Posting control is defined as 'Per posting period'.

Can you please let me know where enhancement has to be done.Is there any BADI or user exit to fulfil this requirement.
