working on SAF-T - standard audit file for tax

can any one of you help me in Understanding the process of SAF-T standard audit file for tax and how SAP covers this mandatory filing in Portugal.

I need this a bit urgent, can some one help me out in understanding the concept atleast or provide source as where i can find info about SAF-T standard audit file for tax.

Were you able to resolve the SAFT requirement, I have similar requirement for portugal
