Hi Experts,

I still can't solve the issue.

I have also confirmed my SAPROUTER cert is not expired.

Appreciate if someone can give me advise.

Thank you.

Hi

have to raised the Message to SAP asking them whether they are able to connect to your Saprouter or not

please do the same and you will get the better idea.

Hello Por,

May I know how did you create the RFC destinations after deleting them? I hope you didn't create them manually in SM59. This may cause errors.

Ragha.

Yes, I create it manually in SM59.

But connection test is successful.

What is the best way to create it?

Hello Por,

Please use automated steps in Solution Manager Configuration (Tx. Solman_setup). This is the correct way of creating these destinations and is compatible with mopz. You can find this step in "System Preparation" stage and under "Specify Connectivity Data" as far as Solution Manager 7.1 is concerned. I'm sure older version of Solution Manager should also have such a step somewhere.

Ragha.

Hi Soon,

Delete saposs and sap-oss rfcs and recreate them from oss1 1. Make sure you are entries are correct.

Don't edit the rfc manually.

And refer this 982045 - Error calling the SAP back-end system

When I say don't change it manually means - do not adjust the destination in RFC - however, user and password can be changed.

Hi Divyanshu,

Yes, I am referring to this note. I have deleted and recreated the SAP-OSS. but still failed.

I suspect the problem is from SAP site.

Thank you.

Hi Gaurav,

I still try no luck with the note.

The connection test and authorization test is successful in SAP-OSS.

Thank you.

Hi

there are following things you can do

1. log on to your SAP Router

2. check entries in SAPRoutab.
3. Telnet SAPSERV2 (Sap responding server) (Tcode oss1 will give you details of which SAP serve you are connecting ) on port 3299

4. if you are able to telnet SAPserve from your Router server  then raise the call to SAP and ask whether they can reach your saprouter or not

5. check /etc/services files and check for service 3299 defined or not

6. telnet local Router server with port 3299

7 try to download Sap Note from SNOTE in you solman system.

all the best

Hi Soon,

Have you maintained SAP-OSS RFC under Sm59 with your S -User ID.Kindly reconfirm and test the connection for same.

Also confirm for S-User details under tranx AISUSER at Solution Manager end.

Hi Soon,

Kindly follow SAP Note  1994112 - Operating system call getaddrinfo failed (error no. 0 )

If possible share the system log files from SM21 for analysis..

Gaurav
