Hello, how are you?
i have a questions.
i have some systems PI , ERP, bw system etc, almost all have integration with PI.
for my system erp, i have a backup all Saturday between 03 am to 05 am.
always the queue between pi and erp, when the system(ERP) has backup the queue is lock, and i must unlock manually.
then i need to use (Availability Planning) for Communication Chanel. my idea is that all communication channel would be stoped.
all Saturday between 03 am to 05 am.
y have tried to configure this rule, but i don't understand very god,.
could you give an example?
how must i configure the rules?
Hi Catalina,
how many total channels you have?
If you have less Com channels then you can schedule the channels everyday and exclude the 3 to 5AM
if you have many channels then need to write a script to stop all the channels at certain time
Cheers

Hi Catalina,
In this case, create 3 ATP's.
1. ATP1 : Weekly for all the communication channels on all days (for 24 hours) except saturday.
2. ATP2 : Weekly for all the communication channels only on saturday with At Time as 00:00:00 and For Duration as 3 hours
3. ATP3 : Weekly for all the communication channels only on saturday At Time as 05:00:00 and For Duration as 19 hours.
Thanks and Regards
Suma

Hi Rivera,
In your case you can schedule the channel for the all available channels and mark exclude only on saturdays between 3:00 AM to 5:00 AM.
which will solve your issue.
Thanks and Regards,
Naveen
