Hi
<u>As you referred earlier there is some dump happening -> "Error in the ABAP Application Program
The current ABAP program "SAPLBBP_SC_UI_ITS" had to be terminated because it has come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed."</u>
<b>Please paste the detailed short dump details by using ST22 Transaction.</b>

Krishna,
Try this:
In R/3 for RFC user (which you have used in SM59) assign "S_RFC" in its profile:
You can do this by Transaction SU01 --> Profile tab ---> Assign "S_RFC"
Let me know if still this doesn't work.

Shiv

Hi Yosea,
Try looking in to this note 656633. I have created one more RFC destination SRMSRCHELP in SRM and R/3. In the logon and security tab i have assigned a dialog user SEARCHRFC in both the Systems .then I have assigned this RFC destination in the IMG menu DEFINE BACKEND SYSTEMS.
let me know your case as well.

Hi Khrisna,
I have looked into the notes already and as I understand the problem happened because the RFC user is not a dialog user. So rather than modifying the table in config for define backend system, we simply change the RFC user to be dialog user in R/3. And it works now.
But I have a small doubt. Can we really use "dialog" user for RFC user in R/3? What is the drawback on that?
Best regards,
Yosea
Yosea.
Try setting up one more RFC destination like SRMSRHHELP and assign SEARCHRFC user to it in both the systems. and populate the define backend systems IMG task with the SRMSRCHHELP. This is what will be done usually. If you go with these settings you dont have to maintain your system RFC user as dialog.Instead you can maintain SEARCHRFC as dialog.
Hope i was clear

Hi
<u>Usually, manager are not given permission to make any changes to the shopping cart. Only Approval / Rejection is possible in this case.</u>
<u>Anyways, try this -></u>
<b>Refer OSS notes 656633,
OSS Note 746788 - Back-end system search help for cost center</b>
You can try deleting the RFC destination settings once and again maintaining the entries in SM59 and then try again.
<u>It can be reason due to the Z roles created by BASIS team for manager role.
There might be some Authorization object missing with the Manager role.
In SU53, you can get the missing authorization object and BASIS needs to add this object to managers role.
Also for time being, Try debugging the Search help in SRM GUI Interface by giving Developers access to the user.
Also try gibving SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW profiles to manager and then try repeating the steps to see what happens.</u>
Let me know.

Hi krishna,
Try to check the consistency of the RFC User.
Whether he is having relavent profiles to access the backend system.
Check whether your RFC Connection is running correctly.
see this link for further reference.
