FPM based HCM Processes and Forms for multiple employees

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement to configure a processes for multiple employees using FPM based Processes and Forms.

I have some experience on configuring the processes for single employee.

I search for the help documents to understand the configuration for multiple employees but could not find (may be i missed).

Can some one provide me some help to understand the difference in confuguration of processes for multiple employees and single employee.

Hello Avinash,

Yes it is possible. Look for the process HR_PA_XX_MSP_ADDR_CHANGE.

You would have to flag the process as MASS process under process attributes.

Please ignore my last post. It is valid only for Adobe form type.

Check with SAP if they support mass processing for FPM type forms. I am aware that it supported for Adobe type forms but not FPM. ( Refer note 1917919 - Configuring a FPM process of mass type leads to an error), as per my last interaction with SAP. I am not sure about the latest. However there is support for mass hiring as per note 1835253.

As correctly pointed out by Sahir, with Adobe there is an option in Process Type dropdown to Enable Mass Start of Process. But this option is not available with FPM.
