Message OQ003 - Create Business Location

Hi Fellows!!

I am new at IS OIL Downstream... I m trying to setting SSR, but I already had problems creating Business Location.

The follow message appear when I try to create O401.

"Location not definied at general level".

What is means if I already defined a Business Location in SPRO.

What I m missing?
