STMS_QA approval worklist after System Copy

Hello Friends,

I have this issue. Let me explain this.

Old Landscape    DEV ( 210 ) ---> QAS(300) ---> PRD(400)

We performed sysytem refresh, PRD_>QA. But to avoid client copy in QA ( 400>300) and to maintain the Landscape properties, we instead decided

to change the landscape to

                        DEV(210) ----> QAS(400) ---->PRD(400)

Now, there was one challenge, the Transport request 'x' which was not imported in QA300 - but exported from DEV, had target client "300", we had to import that in "400". We did that by changing the target client in STMS, it was done. The import queue is intact.

But the probem is with STMS_QA, I shall explain.

The transport request "Y" which was already imported in QAS old (300) appeared in PRD and QAS as "To be approved".

This was perfect before sytem copy.

We performed system copy and could get the same "import queue" in QA and PRD.

BUT - I don't get the old QA approval work list.

When I do fresh imports into QAS, QA worklist works fine.

But the old data is gone !

Can I get that back ?

hi, i believe you have to export before refresh table TMSQWL and import the same table into the refreshed system.

if you have request number then you can get it you have do certain things login to dev system

/usr/sap/trans/cofiles  request no with  KXXXXX.SID

/usr/sap/trans/data     request no with  RXXXXX.SID

copy this file

QUA

/usr/sap/trans/cofiles  request no with  KXXXXX.SID

/usr/sap/trans/data     request no with  RXXXXX.SID

then it will come again into que

STMS_IMPORT

then it will come into qua then you can reimport into qua 400

But this is not what I am asking, I already did this. Import queue is not the problem.

The problem is with import_qa which is quality approval worklist , not with import queue.
