Language key not defined (CIF)

Hi experts,

currently we get an error message "Language key not defined" during the transfer of a customer from ERP to EWM (CIF - CFM1/CFM2).

Therefore no business partner in EWM is created. I read something about "One-time account" (1957563 and 1975421).

But we also have the problem for non "One-time account" customer.

How can I solve this problem?

Hi Ralf


Check the SCMP tcode for comparing T002 table. with ERP client. And also check below table update method. You can maintain same record in tables and this issue is resolved.


Also about One-time account" if possible discuss with CRM consultant as BP and its factors will be decided by them.

Thanks a lot. Your link was very useful!!!

Now I understand the problem. The field "LANGU_CREA" was empty. Therefore I had this problem. I have change this fiels (by SE16) for a test and now I could activate the CIF-Model.

I will try the reports as well.
