Exporting All tickets from itsm

Hi gurus,

I have to migrate from ITSM to another Service Desk system, and I have to export all tickets from SOLMAN. Is there any chance to do this without entering to every single ticket and clicking "export to pdf"? I'll be satisfied also if this will be another format, i.e. csv, html or anything else.

You can export to csv incidents using excel icon:

Yeah, but it will export only headers.

Or maybe someone knows name of tables with all entries of ticket? Then, I will write ABAP code for extracting this data...

Hi Martin.

Go to se38 'CRM_ORDER_READ' select all the Doc no's and will give you output for all hdr and item data which u can download in CSV

Or Use FM  'CRM_ORDER_READ' in abap prog and export it in the required format.
