Problem of spaces getting trimmed in ABAP Proxy (XI3.0)

Hi,

When I try to pass value having leading and trailing spaces to a string type field in an ABAP proxy, the spaces are getting trimmed. I want the field value to go exactly as it is to XI.

Can anyone help ?

Did your problem get fixed by any chance? If so, can you plz let me know what was your approach?
