Hi Maxim,

You need to use menu 'Portfolio & Project Administration' for creating buckets & Portfolios.

Ravi, opened top menu 'Portfolio & Project Administration', choose the left menu Portfolio structure - still no button to create Buckets. List of buckets is empty.

Hi Maxim,

In that case, you do not have portfolio administration authorisations. Assign yourself the authorisation objects E_PFO_ADM & E_PFO_MAS and check the same.

Ravi, could you help there to do it - transaction/link in system?

Hi Maxim,

You need to create a authorisation role in PFCG, add the above mentioned authorisation objects & E_PFO_OBJ with * authorisations and assign the role to your user id. May be you can take help of BASIS to carryout this activity.

Ravi

Hi Maxim,

Just check your roles and make sure you have authorizations.. There is no transactions.. As Ravi has suggested just get into the Portfolio tab and you will see the Create Bucket Option.

Its quiet standard functionality in PPM.

cheers

Hi Maxim,

And also check whether you have admin authorisation for the portfolio, where you are trying to create the bucket. Either you have to assign manually the admin authorisation in the 'Miscallaneous' tab of existing portfolio or you get admin authorisation when you create a portfolio.

To get super access of all portfolios, you need to have authorisation object 'ACO_SUPER' with activity admin and relevant portfolio objects (pls ignore old authorisation objects).

Regards,

Ravi
