stats jobs in HANA

hi , Is there a stats job in HANA like oracle Optimizer statistics which collects data that describe the database, and the objects in the database which are used by the Optimizer to choose the best execution plan for each SQL statement .

Hi Jonu

as of now (rev. 82) the SAP HANA query optimizers don't use stored object statistics in most cases (SDA tables can be an execption to this).

Since most of the relevant data/object statistics is available on the fly, we don't need to store them or to seperately collect them in CBO stats batch runs.
