Smartform - conversion to pdf and mailing the same

Hi all,

I want to write a driver program for generating a smartform, converting the same to pdf and e mailing same to a particular 'EMAIL ADDRESS'. I have the code below for this but when i execute it , it gives me a short dump error. I tried to corrrect it by changing some field types but it isin't working. Please suggest any correction which I can do to solve the problem. If you have some other code for the same, please share it with me, it'll be of great help. Below is the code

Hi Ribhu,

Check the status of the mail that has been sent in SCOT or SOST transaction.

If the status of the mail is still not sent, thenChose your message and Chose from menu:

Utilities->Start Send process.

If you want to do the same process programatically:

ad the follwoing code after the call to the fm;

submit rsconn01 with mode = 'INT' and return.

Hey man,

When I go to the code SCOT and display the log - it gives the following error:

cannot process message, no route from ABAPDEV to ribhuahuja@GMAIL.COM

Pls tell wat to do now?

I think the problem is with the SAP connect and its configuraion. Right?

What do you have to say on this?

Yes, you have got to do some connection preference settings in SCOT(Which i'm not completely aware of).

One concern then, Mr. Talagna - and that is - suppose instead of email, I want to send the smartform converted in PDF to SAP inbox of a particular sap user, then what to do? Please specify the code for the same.

Well thank you for this snippet but when I am running this one, it takes me to smartform print screen and when i press print, it comes back to the main program. When I check the mail (my g mail account), there is no mail for this pdf smartform.

Any idea what could be wrong.

And points - i will give you plenty once my problem is solved...
