line graph has Y-axis on mobile

Hi Exports.

We have some problem on mobile graph.

the first pic was on mobile and the second one on pc.
We design four lines on graph,but only three lines on mobile.
Second problem is Y-axis on mobile was wrong.
Any one can help me to solve it?

let us know which version of Business objects are you using?

BI 4.0 ? BI 4.1 ? which patch

you face this issue when designing a simple report with line chart?

issue happens with other chart types as well?

Do you have ipad or iphone?

what is the workflow to reproduce the issue?

Hi Atul.

We use BI4.0   SP8   patch6.
The line graph just show four total membership.
It only happens on this report.

iphone has the same problem.

I just check the chart on the mobile again.
I found it did show four lines on the mobile.
Just y-axis on mobile has different unit on the phone,so green one and blue one looks like one line.

Can I change y-axis unit one the mobile?

Looks like your chart has lograthmic axis. That is not supported on mobile. Can you attach the BIAR with no restrictions or point me to the OSS message for this.
