batch allocated manually?

It's possible to see in APO if a certain batch was allocated manually to a sales order? The delivery and goods issue was already made so is there any history about the allocation?

Can you please mentiona the need of this in APO also, any specific reason, do you need to use this info for some reporting etc....

Not as far as I know.

In ECC MB51 would be the right way to get this information.
