Saprouter timeout

Hi

I have saprouter in place on a windows server.

There is a problem when i try to connect to my systems via the Sap support portal.

I can open a connection but when i try to connect i get host did not response.

Looking at the dev_rout there is this info

What could be the problem ?

What is the error that you are getting on the page of sap portal when you press connect ?

I think you should check your firewall settings and refer sap note 48243 and enable icmp for saprouter.

Host did not respond 1 time

That should be a network glitch.  Refer above note and check firewall for ping settings also your routtab.

Only SAP Employess or SAP support team would have access to connect to customer system using SAP support portal.

Please help how you access your SAP system using SAP support portal??
