Adding of Recipients in Alert Configuration

Dear Experts,

I have done Alert configuration.

The Alert Category is Moved to Development to Quality.

In Quality I need to Add two More Recipients

How can I add When I am trying to Add

I am getting Error : " The Client is Not Modifiable"

we are using PI 7.0

Please any one Guide Me

Hi Ravi,

AFAIK - you need to add the Recipients in DEV and transport to QA. the other option is to create exchange group and modify the group as per your requirement.

You might also want to check your user role.  Are you authorized to modify?
