how to send PI alert notification to a group mail id

Hi Experts,

I need to send alert notification to a group of people (non SAP) in pi 7.1. Can you please tell how to do it in fixed recipient.

You need to create a group ID in SU01 in the system and then use that...

We had created but when we are giving the email ids for 4 people, it is sending mail to the first person mentioned in the list.

It is not working.
