Dear Gurus
1) It is possible to have same number ranges for different sales document like
OR, Scrap sale, Sample sale
2) he serial number should be differ based on excise invoice and non excise invoice irrespective of sales type ?
If possible then how ?

you can use same number range for different sales document types. There isn't any technical issue with this . generally you want different number ranges for different types of sales documents for reporting reasons.

For 1st Question:
If you want to assign the same number range to different Sales Document , Yes it is possible to have this. But in business scenario, it will different.
For 2nd Question:
Yes, it will be different number range as per the number range assignment that you had maintained in the system.
