Blacklisting of messages in PI 7.31

Hello All,

    In Production we are facing an issue with one of the message.The Message status is in "To be delivered" since 2 days.

In the message log it was showing as below:

 

Please let us know why we are facing this issue and How can we overcome this issue ?

In most of the cases, the to be delivered messages can only sent with java stack restart.

Hi,

look to the receiver adapter in Communication Channel Monitoring (you should be able to find the corresponding configuration in IB Directory if you know sender /interface / namespace). Assumedly something is wrong with the receiver adapter - for example certificate outdated or no connectivity or something similar.
