Dear experts,
we face a very interesting experience in transaction SM_CRM:
We want to put an incident to the status "Successfully Tested".
We click on the button "Edit" in the incident, but the button "Actions" remains greyed out (disabled).
That means, we cannot choose the action "Test OK".
Any ideas, on how to activate the "Actions" button, or why it is disabled?

Hi
have checked proper authorizations given to the ID you are using for the action
please have a look at the SU53 after you run the transaction . it will help you identify the authorization issue if it is there.
