PayloadName tab missing under Inbound Message in SXMB_MONI

Hi,

I am using SAP PI 7.1. In SXMB_MONI, under Inbound Message -> Payloads tab, I can see MainDocument (application/xml).

But I want to view Inbound Message -> Payloads -> PayloadName (text/xml). Previously I was able to see PayloadName, but then suddenly from yesterday, it's missing. Whatever I do, I am still not able to see the PayloadName tab.

Please help me out.

Hi Sowmya,

It seems the trace configuration setting is changed for your PI system. Please check the trace configuration (at sxmb_adm>integration engine configuration> set TRACE_LEVEL to 3).

The current value of TRACE_LEVEL is set to 3. Please suggest another way out.
