GRC 10 - Mitigating controls are not seen in NWBC

Hello Team,

We had peformed grc migration from 5.3 to 10.0, however while importing RAR data, later we came to know that mitigating controls are not viewable on NWBC screen under organization.

Suprisingly other data is present on grc UI but mitigating controls are not showing on NWBC.

Backend tables are showing data.

Have you run a trace to see if authorisation might be preventing you from seeing your controls?

Where in NWBC are you looking for the mitigating controls? Have you opened the Organisations structure or are you looking at the controls screen? A screen shot might help here.

Yes, I am looking from controls screen directly not from organization level.

Is there any way by we can check in NWBC, where ALL mitigating control stored?

Hello Trinadh,

We overwritten data using import program and now70%mitigating controls are appearing.

I trid with mitigation controls link fo NWBC only. The number(mitigating controls) which we are seeing in 5.3 is not matching in what we seeing in mitigating controls(NWBC).

Mitigating controls which are not appearing are shown as already exist in SLG1 but not seen in frontend NWBC
