BPM Detail Info Error

Hi Guru's,

I have configured the Business Process Monitoring for CRM system and Alerts are generation seamless.

I am having issue when i want to see the detail information in the alerts generated in the alert Inbox by using Detail Info Button.

It is giving strange error after ging the logon info in the satellite system.

and error is

Where as i have assigned all required trusted roles (S_RFCACL) roles to the communication user in Solman and CRM system aswell.

All the RFC's are working, Users has recommended roles.

I request you to please help me to understand the issue and resolve the same.

Hi Vinod,

I believe the RFC used should be SM_<SID>CLNT<Client>_TRUSTED for a trusted connected. This should be created during managed system configuration.

If the above RFC(SM_<SID>CLNT<Client>_LOGIN.) is used, then you should get a dialog screen of the managed system if you are using a dialog user not a communication user.

Goto SM59 and click on Remote Login, you will get the answer.

Hi Srivastava,

Thanks for your time for helping me in the solution, but unfortunatly that is not he real cause for the error. The error i am getting due to diffrence in Timezones in Solution Manager. We have set the User time zone and System time zone and issue is resolved.
