Transfer EWA from Customer Solman to VAR Solman

Hi dear Gurus,

     We need to have our customer's  EWA in our Solution Manager, but due to network restrictions is not posible to send it directly. So we need this reports to pass from Customer's Solman to ours.

Is it possible and how to do this.

Hi,

if you have at least a working RFC destination to customer's solman you can use report BDL_GET_SESSION_DATA to transfer the download of the customer's solman session to your VAR solman. But this is not working for automatic transfer (e.g. in background), therefore you have to create own functions..

Other way can be the setup of automatic mail notification in customer solman to deliver newly created EWAs to your VAR mail-account.

As far as I know, SAP does not yet support the forwarding of session data from one solman to another.

You will need to configure the connection between your solman and your customer's solman. Atleast the solman should be with the same release.

Then define your solman system as the Master so that the generated EWA report on your customer's solman will be transferred to your solman.

Did you find any solution? This PCoE is a complete mess. VAR have to collect the EWAs manually because solman can't forward... Most of the customers don't even have a solman, but also don't allow direct RFCs. Connections via HTTPs would be a solution.

Any good ideas?
