parameter rdisp/max_wprun_time  in ecc system step by step procedure

Why ask this very very basic question to the community? Obviously you need to contact your System Administrator or Basis team.

No other way to change the value permanently.

Just use RZ11, this way the parameter is set till the next restart.

plz go to tr rz10 then extainded maitains then select instanse profile change creat profile then put appropriate value then copy, back, copy, save then activate after that restart the mmc then ur parameter will be activated .

Hi,

Normally the BASIS person has the authorization for Tcode-RZ11.

Go to this Tcode and change it from there.

If you have the tcode rights but you are not able to edit the parameter value, Then check for su53 and make sure you have the proper authorizations.

There is no t-code like rz-10.

rz10 is the t-code for profile parameters

rdisp/max_wprun_time-it is maximum work process run time parameter.

you can see this parameter in rz10 t-code.you can change the value in RZ10.

Hi Deva-Thanks for your reply we are getting Time limite exceed in smq2 of ecc system so we need to change the time here so that is why i need step by step procedure.

That's what he meant - transaction code RZ10. Just modify the parameter in the appropriate profile (i. e. when you only want to set it on one application server you need to modify this server's profile).
