Hi all,
I have a customer who just started using NWBC for their sales. They have been using the object services to attach various documents to their sales orders in SAP GUI.
I showed them the notes and attachments in the sidepanel of NWBC, which they would really like to start using, however this chip stores the documents differently, so they aren't available if another department access the sales order using the GUI and also and most problematic, they aren't able to view their attachments stored on sales orders created before our NWBC go-live date.
Is it possible to change the object reference, so the chip looks in the right place, where the usual attachments are stored?
I am really hoping for input as this would make a huge difference for the customer.
