CCDB RFC_PING to RFC_DESTINATION<CTS> FAILED

Hi Expert,

We have configured CTS+ for java stack system and ping successfully to ap.com/com.tc.di.CTSServer. But IN CCDB administration, all of our java system are getting the same error

"RFC_PING TO DESTINATION<CTS>FAILED"

Hi Raymond,

This is an extractor used by BI client of solman for reporting and monitoring purpose.

And the RFC is for used for CTS+.

So, re-run extractors setup for affected system and then in SLG1 for object type CCDB check for error.

Thanks for the tips. We able find out the error

EXTR_ERROR TMS_TS_GET_TRLIST RFC_SYSTEM_FAILURE Password logon no longer possible
