Agentry Android Client - Turkish Language Problem

Hi,

Agentry Android clients are not supported on Turkish language. If device system language is Turkish, it can not complete first transmit and shuts down. It works on other non-English languages (e.g. de;es). Is there any non-supported device languages list for Agentry Android Clients? How can we solve this situation?

I would recommend opening a ticket on the Service Marketplace under MOB-SYC-SAP with your issue.  This way the Development Team and look into the issue more.

The client you are using, was it clearned (no current application logic) before your transmit that error?
What was the last line in the transmit before the error?

Is there anything seen in the Events.log file of the server when the error happens?

Hi Stephen,

Thanks for your advice.

Yes, we reset client on every try.
Last line is "checking styles"  before the error.
There is no errors on log files.
