in sales invoice output, I choose the option: storage mode: 3 (print and archive), after issue output to printer, how can get a softcopy of my invoice?currently we only get hardcopy(which is printed), thanks.

my output processing routines medium: 1, we are using a Z program with a Z PDF form, thus we would like get a softcopy in PDF format.

Dear Siva,

Could you please check "Service Object" inside invoice document on the left hand corner, If the output is archieved, I assume, you will be able to see here.

Also you can take the spool number and convert take the soft copy (PDF) through report RSTXPDFT4.

Kindly Try SP01 tcode once spool request is generated and you printed then also you can see the soft copy for that transaction.
