CRM5.0 IPC Pricing not appearing in b2b r b2c webshop

Hi,

I am woring on IPC and ISA (CRM 5.0)

a) In ISA, When i am creating an order in B2B scenario i am able to see the products appending to the shopping basket but price appears 0.00 (zero) and throws a Null Pointer Exception

b) If i have a problem with IPC pricing then how to go about it?

what could be the possible scenarios plz provide me a solution for those.

Ur Help would be highly appreciated.

Hi,

You might want to look into the XCM configuration of B2C, shopadmin and Shop. If i remember correctly, u need to specify the pricing type and currency etc .

check if you have configured it properly.

if its IPC pricing issue, check in you catalog if the price is set properly for each material.
