Message Mapping : XXX to imported to X* NON-PROD

Dear Folks,

We had modified mapping object XXX in global ESR (PI) for one of
the urgent change and then moved to NON production system for testing.

During testing we identified that

Message mapping in global ERS is not in sync with production (P) mapping for XXX .

Please let me know how to make this mapping in sync with production so that we can
proceed with the change.

Also why this was not in sync previously?

Regards ,

Ravi

Cache status is green and we dont see any failed objects in production . Also objects imported &activated without user intervention .

Hi,

Since it is a quality environment, you can delete the existing message mapping by admin user and reimport it again.

Thanks,

Hi,

Have you activated the object after the import?

you can check the history tab of ESR in Development, Quality and Production box.

you can also take the payload and execute it in ESR for all the three systems, while executing check the display queue , you may find the root cause issue.

Also check the cache for all three systems.

hope this helps!
