unable to configure solution manager for patch approval

Another easy way to resolve this problem :

Configure first two menu (System Preparation, Basic Configuration ) of SLm system from t-code SOLMAN_SETUP

A lot of tasks will be done automatically

I had used tcode : AISUSER only, i added BASIS as userid and contact name as suserid, previously i was trying to add suserid in fiedl userid and contact name was blank.

That was expected

I told you initially just map user to AISUSER.

Can you elaborate more on this ?

What configuration have you done and what's the error you are getting ?

Also, in SE37 you can use /TMWFLOW/MO_UI_BASKET_AUTHO* report to approve patches.

I had already tried in SE37 and getting the following error :

FehlerYour user has no SAP Support Portal user assigned

Goto AISUSER and assign the SUSER to your ID.

rightnow i am logon throught userid as BASIS

I enter tcode AISUSER and entered userid as BASIS, no result

then I created a sap userid (service market place id : S000.........) and entered in place of BASIS

no result

please guide me step by step what to do in this case. i am unable to go forward to approve my patches.

this is a new installtion of solution mnager , is there anything needs to do post installation, whether i am missing something due to which this error is coming, please suggest

Hi Yuvraj,

There are lots of things you need to check.

Check RFCs, connection with SAP router, authorizations etc.

This will work. Else share error and logs with me.

SAP router is on, RFC is also ok, SAP-OSS connection test is ok.
