Hi.
Just follow the README of the Bundle Patch and so the required Opatch and Mopatch tools gets uncompressed.
The required steps are documented under point "2.1 Executing Pre-Installation Instructions":
-----
Extract OPatch and MOPatch and install them in the Oracle Home:
unzip -qd $ORACLE_HOME/sapbundle SAP10205P_1308-10010771.ZIP 'SBP_1020512_201308/OPatch/*'
mv $ORACLE_HOME/OPatch $ORACLE_HOME/OPatch-pre-SBP_1020512_201308
mv $ORACLE_HOME/sapbundle/SBP_1020512_201308/OPatch $ORACLE_HOME/OPatch
unzip -qd $ORACLE_HOME/sapbundle SAP10205P_1308-10010771.ZIP 'SBP_1020512_201308/MOPatch/*'
test -d $ORACLE_HOME/MOPatch && mv $ORACLE_HOME/MOPatch $ORACLE_HOME/MOPatch-pre-SBP_1020512_201308
mv $ORACLE_HOME/sapbundle/SBP_1020512_201308/MOPatch $ORACLE_HOME/MOPatch

In addition to other techies comments:
Why don't you plan for Database upgrade from 10G to 11gR2 as it takes same time (even faster than normal patching 10.2.0.4>10.2.0.5). Oracle 10G is out of support!

Dear ALL.
Thanks for your valuable responses. Nick i thought as my DB size nearly 2 TB approx. Upgrading DB from 10g to 11g would be time consuming so i didnt go for DB upgrade, can i get the proper doc or link for the same except the upgrade doc available in SMP, i mean any other more easier document.
Please help and i request if you could add some more light on patching & upgradation.
Thanks & Regards
Mohd
Hi Mohd,
Database size may not have huge impact your runtime for Oracle upgrade.
As mentioned in above responses preferred would be to upgrade to 11g to have full stream support from SAP.
Best and recommended method to perform Oracle upgrade would be to follow guide available on SMP.
Else you may perform google to get some blogs related to such upgrades.
Example : Upgrade 10g -> 11g http://samadhandba.wordpress.com/2011/02/24/step-by-step-upgrading-oracle-10g-to-oracle-11g/

Dear Mohd,
MOPatch is a tool to apply oracle patches, Using this tool we can install multiple oracle patches at single run. It will automate the oracle patching process.
OPatch is tools Comes with oracle, which is used to install patches.
