"Installations and Upgrades - R" SAP Rapid Deployment solutions" SAP Transportation Planning for Shippers RDS" SAP TM DTP RDS" SAP TM DTP RDS V2.90",the reference document is from the above link.
ECC has triggered an workflow which is in format of XML ,but when we checked in SXMB_Moni,i am getting the below error.

Hi Vidya,
Go into the config and create the ICO from scratch. Please send us screenshots if it did not work.

Hi, Did you check the cache status in Environment-> Cache Status Overview. If any objects found red, you have to do either delta/full cache refresh.
Thanks,
Kanda

if you have imported TM content and executed the configuration scenario "TM_ERPOrderIntegration" then it should create a synchronous interface for the service interface "BusinessDocumentFlowTMInformationbyBusinessObjectReferenceQueryResponse_Out".
So make sure you have the relevant configuration object in PI system.

Can you also compare the namespace for that object. It should be "http://sap.com/xi/APPL/Global2"?
