Hi Nguyen,
what is your problem? Basically when a request gets forwarded the new approver gets an email reminder with the link to the workitem. The reminder serves as notification so that the new approver is aware that he has to take action.
Please let us know what's your problem with that.

sorry, I was not very clear. Here my example: assuming I have a request in role approver stage with 2 roles. These 2 roles have different role approvers (role 1 -> role approver 1, role 2 -> role approver 2. So ARQ send 2 mail notification to the role approvers. Now role approver 1 goes in the request and forward his assignment request to role approver 3. ARQ send 3 notif mails: to role approver 1, 2, and 3.
Did you face this issue already? Did we configuring something wrong?
