Compare BW objects

Hello everyone,

I have a BW (NW 7.01) landscape with two systems (DEV & PRD). The production client in PRD was open for a long time so now the systems are different (in customizing/workbench). The PRD system have extra configuration missing in DEV. Is there a way to find out all these differences, all at once? Specially regarding BW objects.

What would be the best approach to match both systems? Would be better to make a system copy from PRD to DEV?

If there is a big difference then system copy is the best option (which is not a standard practice)

You can retain the version information by exporting and importing them after the system copy.

As said by Benjamin, if differences are more definitely go for Dev system refresh with Prod.
